These terms govern your use of somahealthut.com and communications from Soma Health LLC (“Soma Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Informational use only

Website content is general educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this website or chat does not create a clinician-patient relationship. SMS messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in, you authorize Soma Health LLC to send text messages to that number. Messages are limited to responses to your inquiry, appointment information and reminders, and service-related updates. This messaging program does not send marketing or promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, call 385-472-1998, or email contact@somahealthut.com.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Our handling of information, including SMS opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful content, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
