Five connected pillars
More than a treatment.
A complete care system.
Soma brings provider-led therapies, preparation, recovery, and long-term movement support into one plan built around your biology and goals.

Regenerative Biologics
Clinician-selected biologic care designed around the cellular environment that supports repair, mobility, and healthy function.
Depending on clinical findings and candidacy, regenerative options may include exosome preparations and extracellular-matrix allografts sourced through U.S. tissue establishments. Exosome preparations are cell-free signaling vesicles; extracellular-matrix allografts are human-derived tissue preparations containing structural and signaling components.
These are distinct categories with different sourcing and regulatory considerations. Your provider will explain exactly what is being proposed, why it may—or may not—fit your goals, and what alternatives deserve consideration. These biologic therapies are investigational, are not FDA-approved to treat orthopedic conditions, and cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
- Individual clinical evaluation
- Product and sourcing transparency
- Image-guided delivery when appropriate
Pillar 02
In-Studio Preparation & Recovery
Supportive modalities delivered in our Sandy clinic and selected for a defined role within your broader plan.
Red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and SoftWave therapy can be used as supportive tools before or after treatment when clinically appropriate. The goal is not to add services for their own sake, but to choose modalities that complement the objective of your plan.
Your care team considers your health history, treatment timing, comfort, mobility, and recovery goals before recommending any modality. Each service has its own screening considerations and realistic boundaries.
- Red light therapy
- Hyperbaric oxygen
- SoftWave therapy
Pillar 03
Targeted Peptides & Supplements
A medically supervised program informed by blood work, health history, current medications, and individual goals.
Soma’s comprehensive peptide program begins with a medical-director consultation and relevant laboratory testing. When appropriate, an individualized peptide protocol is prescribed and monitored over time rather than selected from a generic menu.
We can also prescribe a targeted supplement stack designed to support the nutritional and metabolic demands of your recovery. IV therapy, NAD+, and Niagen drips may be considered as additional supporting modalities when they have a clear purpose within the plan.
- Blood-work-guided peptide protocols
- Individual supplement recommendations
- IV therapy, NAD+, and Niagen support
Pillar 04
Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance
The environment your body recovers in is shaped every day by food, sleep, stress, activity, and sustainable routines.
Our nutritional guidance emphasizes practical, anti-inflammatory habits that can support metabolic health, stable energy, and the larger recovery environment. Recommendations are shaped around your needs and preferences—not a rigid, short-term diet.
Lifestyle matters too. Sleep quality, meaningful recovery time, movement, and stress mitigation can influence how you feel and function. We help you identify realistic changes and support the whole picture rather than treating these foundations as an afterthought.
- Personalized nutritional priorities
- Sleep and recovery support
- Stress and lifestyle strategies
Pillar 05
Mobility & Physical Therapy Coaching
An optional opportunity to work directly with a mobility expert and better understand the movement patterns behind recurring joint discomfort.
Joint pain does not always begin with a single injury. Limited mobility in one area can change how another joint moves, while compensation patterns can repeatedly overload the same tissue. A focused mobility assessment can help identify those relationships and turn them into practical movement priorities.
This coaching is designed to complement—not replace—appropriate medical or physical-therapy care. By improving movement quality, building usable strength, and addressing recurring compensation, the goal is to reduce preventable flare-ups and help protect the progress made through treatment. It may also reduce the cycle of repeatedly treating the same mobility-related problem without addressing what continues to provoke it.
- Mobility and compensation assessment
- Individual movement priorities
- Prevention-minded recovery coaching
